I am an organizational coach, author and local speaker in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. After spending nearly two decades working as an employee in nearly a dozen different industries, I recognized that I needed something different in my life. I wasn't happy, I wasn't fulfilled, and it was time for a change.

The events and changes in the last five years of my life have given me a unique perspective on how I wish to conduct the rest of my life -- and I have learned to 'speak to my strengths' along the way. What does this mean? I teach these often very different classes because they are all in areas I know a great deal about and can speak with authority and knowledge on. It is in this way that I 'speak to my strengths' and help educate others who need help or wish to improve their lives.

I write, because I love it. I currently am working on two books, Change Your Life and War's End - I hope to have both completed by Spring 2010. Click on the links for details.

I organize, because I'm pretty darn good at it.
