This perennial, cold climate crop will return each year. Freezing actually makes the leaves sweeter! Kale is nutritionally superior to spinach and can be used in soups, steamed, or in stir fry. It also lends a lovely decorative element to any garden. Plant in partial to full sun in well-drained soil. At least 75 seeds per packet.
